I already had some type of idea what the movie was going to be like considering I saw the play in London two years ago. I was hesitant in seeing the film because I was not a huge fan of the dark and depressing theme of the play. There was also the fact that I had a really hard time following what was going on during the play because of my lack of eye sight and hearing. However, I was pleasantly surprised after I saw the film. It helped connect some of the dots that were left after seeing the play. I was also very pleased with the actors in Les Miserables, and thought that they gave an astounding performance. All in all, if you have some type of idea of the story or have read the book I would recommend seeing the movie. I was a little nervous at first but ended up making an amazing pie! Here is the incomplete recipe because I just eye balled the amounts! </p> <p>Nutmeg (not too much, it’s really strong)<br/> Cinnamon <br/> Flour<br/> Apples (I used four different kinds)<br/> Sour cream<br/> Sugar <br/> Brown sugar<br/> Lemon</p> <p>I used Pillsbury pie crust because I was way too lazy to make the crust from scratch. It still was amazing! Lucca’s in Northeast portland will succeed your expectations. I recently spent an amazing evening there with a friend, where we enjoyed a beyond delicious meal. The service is always right on point with their knowledge of the menu and wine list. It is a little pricey but totally worth treating yourself.
